Going to Comic Con 2025 for the first time was a great experience. For me personally, it was so fun that I have to go back again.

Attending Comic Con had been on my bucket list for a while, and this year I finally got the chance to go. When I got there, it was amazing. The organizers did an incredible job. Getting in was easy — all I had to do was activate my ticket through the ShowClix website, and it was smooth sailing. There were so many things to do and explore as soon as I got there. How are you supposed to choose just one place to go? The answer is, you don't!

The convention, held on Friday, October 19th, was conveniently close to home – just a 40-minute trip away. I went dressed as a homemade Spider-Man. When my friends and I were walking around and about to take a picture, another individual in a Raimi Homemade Spider-Man costume came up and acted like Spider-Man if he was talking to the new generation. It was the funniest moment in Comic Con thus far.

Come to think of it, there were a lot of Spider-Man cosplayers — the multiverse is definitely real! The costumes obviously weren't all Spider-Man, though. Almost everyone was in costume, and the level of creativity was just unbelievable. People really brought their A-game, with amazing details and designs that looked like they came straight out of the comics. My favorite one was a heavily armored Iron Man suit that had custom wiring and was able to open and close its face shell. I spent half the day just taking pictures with other people.

The array of costumes was just one of the many highlights of the event. The convention floor was packed with attractions catering to fans of all genres and interests. There was so much to explore. There were prop weapons inspired by famous anime and TV shows, booths showcasing Marvel games, and merchandise for almost every show. From t-shirts and one-piece figures to Legos and plushies—you name it, they had it. It was overwhelming, but for the right reasons!

The sense of community at Comic Con also stood out. For many attendees, it wasn’t just about the activities, but also about connecting with others who share their passions. Being surrounded by people who love the same things as you creates such incredible energy. Everyone was so friendly, and the excitement was contagious. It’s hard to put into words just how special it felt.

If you’ve ever thought about going, don't wait! There is something for everyone, whether you’re into anime, superheroes, gaming, or collectibles. If you have the time, go next year—you won’t regret it!
